Reflection: Student Ownership Makin' It Real - Section 2: Interact with text/concept

 

The sequence of this lesson really worked well.  Each section appropriately and meaningfully built on the previous.  We started with the literature connection and moved to a personal connection.  We then took one event from our personal connection (brushing teeth) and zoomed in on it to sequence just that.  It is sequence within sequence that is meaningful to students!
