Reflection: Journaling What Do Scientists Do? - Section 4: Wrap-Up

In the NGSS, the scientific process is thought to be more dynamic and flowing than thought previously. Each of the steps of scientific process are still present, but in more of a flowchart form rather than in steps, so I prefer not to label the steps as something we have to follow in a certain order.  Regardless, the book does a great job at introducing the children to the main concepts that still make up the model.  Even though the steps do not have to be followed in order like a recipe, each part still needs to be discussed and developed.
