Reflection: Gradual Release Skip To My Lou - Section 1: Ready Skippers

Because this standard is one of Common Core critical areas, I noticed some of my students needed to focus on extending their understanding of counting by fives, tens, and multiples of other numbers. To do this, I make sure students have a good idea about key skills that are needed to be successful in skip counting. The ultimate goal is for my students to skip-count without any visual support.

What students should already know!
