Reflection: Student Ownership Future Vets of America - Section 3: Independent practice


Collaboration was an element of the speaking and writing standards I address in this lesson, and working in groups was very effective in this lesson. It is definitely something that will happen often in my class. However, I want the kids to be able to transfer the skills they are learning as they support and are supported by their peers, and also try to do this kind of research writing by themselves.
