Richard Byrne offers ten great tips for Google searching that I plan to have my students use in some form or another every time they use Google to look something up.  

The advanced features search that allow students to change the reading level is particularly helpful as students are sometimes intimidated by the range of search results they get back and don't always know how to go about searching through a scholarly article or something from Scholastic to get what they need.
