Reflection: Checks for Understanding Conjunctions: Compound Sentences - Day 2 - Section 2: Independent Practice

 

Students were given a set of conjunctions from which to choose in the previous lesson. They also learned what the conjunctions meant. Students had to select their own conjunction in today’s lesson. They demonstrated their ability to combine sentences using conjunctions and understood their meanings.
