Reflection: Connection to Prior Knowledge Double Bubble Fun! - Section 3: Extend Understanding


When I have students think and I am giving wait time, I often have my students put their index finger on their head to signify ‘thinking.’  It is a great way to keep them focused because they have that concrete visual reminder of what the expectation is during that quiet time!
