Reflection: Checks for Understanding Go With The Flow (map) - Section 3: Extend Understanding

 

I have used a retell checklist and recorded on it as the kids retell the story.  This is another piece of data that I use to show parents so the parents have a concrete reference and tool to help them help their child with this skill at home.  I usually only use this with my students who are struggling with this concept so that I can speak in specifics in my dialogue with parents and, if applicable, with administration and student study teams.
