Reflection: Performance Tasks Angle Assessment - Section 1: Application

 

Over all my students did very well on this assessment. I was pleased with their performance and skills gained.  Below are some sample work and my thoughts about specific  work samples.  About 94% of my students (78 students) scored proficient on this assessment. Those that did not score proficient made small errors like the one below.  Click here to hear some thoughts about this assessment and students work.

Objective: SWBAT demonstrate angle concepts and skills through a summative assessment.

Big Idea: In this lesson, students complete a summative assessment to show proficiency in measuring and drawing angles, as well as their proficiency with understanding angles as additive.
