Reflection: Complex Tasks For Cell Phones or Against? Preparing for Debate - Section 4: Preparing Points for the Debate

I have to admit that this is my first attempt at a classroom debate.  I have a friend who has used debates in her classroom for years.  She was telling me about how she sets hers up and how they meet many of the CCSS.  I decided that it was definitely worth a try.  They students are definitely enjoying the process so far (as well as the topic!) We will have to see how the actual debates go in our next lesson.

To debate or not to debate. That is the question.
