Reflection: Lesson Planning Flower Power Place Value Station - Section 2: Flower Power Place Value


The kids did well at this station, however with only two different mats, the station was finished rather quickly. In hindsight, I would have liked to added a couple of more sheets with sets of numbers. Next time around, I will attempt making and adding my own sheets to expand the station.

Big Idea: Kindergartners enjoy their independence, and become more confident in their math skills at this place value station.
