Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Table of Contents Time - Section 5: Closing

Several students wrote to find the page a book is on, because the pictures of the title pages of the stories are in the textbook. I wish I had used another informational text, but it is hard to have enough for everyone. I could have used a copy of an informational text table of contents. Another option I have is using a big book that has a table of contents or make copies of a reading a-z book. These text would have lover page numbers, and they are still providing a model everyone can see at the same time, without having to manipulate a book.
