As students walk in, hand them the quiz. You may opt to want this to be an announced quiz, unannounced quiz, oral quiz, etc. How you administer this quiz is up to you. You may create a smartboard game using the quiz, or have it as a formal no talking paper/pencil assessment. This is set up to be a quick snap shot of what your students have mastered up to the point of teaching sales tax and discount.
