First half of the course focuses on Pre-Algebra concepts. The course includes review standards for the Connecticut Mastery Test. The second half of the course is an introduction to Algebra (functions, linear equations, operations with polynomials, trigonometry, etc.).
Note: For all of the following units and lessons, many of my practice problems, class notes, definitions, etc. come from other resources. These resources include (but are not limited to): Prentice Hall textbooks, TFAnet.org resources, Jeff Li's lesson plans (KIPP), Emily Banks' lesson plans (Achievement First), and many others.
